RetailArbitrage.ai is an experimental beta service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Beta access may be limited or revoked while we test capacity, safety, and reliability.

No guarantee of profit or accuracy

The app provides research assistance, not financial, tax, legal, accounting, shipping, or business advice. Product identifications, clearance prices, sold comparables, fees, taxes, shipping costs, and profit estimates can be wrong. A “Buy” signal is not a promise that an item will sell or produce a profit. You are responsible for verifying the exact product, condition, price, sold listings, fees, shipping requirements, marketplace rules, and demand before purchasing or listing anything.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and follow store and marketplace rules.
• Do not photograph people or private information without permission.
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not rely on the app as your only source of information for a purchase.
• Pay all applicable taxes, fees, postage, and business expenses.

Third-party information and services

The app may use or link to third-party marketplaces, product databases, cloud services, and research providers. We do not control their listings, prices, availability, policies, or uptime. References to eBay or other companies do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and feedback you submit. You grant us permission to process that content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Feedback may be used to develop features without compensation or attribution, but we will not publicly identify you without permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any portion of the beta. We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetailArbitrage.ai and its creators will not be liable for purchases, lost profits, lost data, shipping losses, marketplace actions, indirect damages, or decisions made using the service.
